About Me
My Story
Contemporary graphite artist exploring identity, performance, and the architecture beneath public image.
I am a contemporary artist working primarily in graphite, creating figurative works that explore identity, performance, and the emotional architecture beneath public image.
Before committing fully to art, I studied architecture at Central Saint Martins, where I developed a strong foundation in conceptual thinking, composition, material awareness, and visual storytelling. That training continues to shape how I approach my work - not as isolated images, but as structured bodies of work, built with intention, balance, and narrative clarity.
My practice sits at the intersection of fine art, pop culture, and design. I often use cultural icons as symbolic stand-ins, not to depict celebrity, but to explore shared human experiences - pressure, concealment, repetition, and vulnerability. Familiar faces become a way to access something universal.
Alongside my independent art practice, I work within pre-print production, deepening my understanding of print processes, materials, and presentation. This professional experience informs how my work is produced, editioned, and shared with collectors, ensuring each piece is considered not only conceptually, but physically.
My work is developed in series, each acting as a focused investigation rather than a standalone image. Recent collections examine the idea of façades - how identity is performed, protected, and ultimately dissolved - and mark a transition toward more narrative, character-led works.
I am interested in building a slow, sustainable practice, prioritising depth over output, and long-term relationships with collectors over trends.
Other Projects
Alongside my core fine art practice, I occasionally develop adjacent projects that explore the same themes of symbolism, structure, and narrative. These include limited tarot card designs, selected commissioned works, and collaborative projects that sit at the intersection of art and design.
These projects are approached with the same attention to concept, material, and finish, and are kept deliberately secondary to my primary bodies of work.
